Our management team is comprised of accomplished and experienced industry leaders.
Joe Church
Mr. Church began his career with Austin Electric Services in 2003 and held multiple positions within the company. In 2013 he became the Vice President of Operations, overseeing the daily operations of Austin Electric. In 2022 he was promoted to President of Austin Companies. He was raised in Glendale, Arizona, where he attended Cactus High School, and went on to attend Northern Arizona University.
Gisela Rosales
Gisela joined Austin Companies in January 2022. She leads the Finance and Accounting functions of the organization and works closely with management to create and support sustainable systems and processes that meet the granular needs of the business. Prior to joining the Austin family, Gisela was the Controller at Erickson Companies for six years where she gained invaluable experience in construction accounting. Her previous experience includes auditing work for a large public accounting firm. She graduated from the University of San Diego, where she earned a degree in accounting.
Hugo Rodriguez
Mr. Rodriguez began his career at Austin Companies in 2019 as an HR Manager before taking on his current role as Director of Human Resources in 2020. He was born and raised in Chino California.
Jesus Urias
Mr. Urias began his career as a roughing/trimming electrician in 2004 while attending college. He joined Austin Electric Services in May 2015 as an Area Manager and worked his way up to his current position as Safety Director of Austin Companies. In addition to safety, he also oversees insurance for Austin. He was born in Mexico, raised in Mesa, AZ and is a graduate of Collins College where he earned an Associates of Arts degree in Media Arts.
Ricky Palomo
Mr. Palomo’s career at Austin Companies began in 2007 as a Warehouse supervisor. He went on to become the Procurement Warehouse Manager in 2009. Ricky was born and raised in South Texas where he graduated from Lyford High School, and went on to attend Texas State Technical College.
